Delivery Policy

In-stock Orders are fulfilled within 5-7 business days.

Custom-made Orders are fulfilled according to individual production time which is stated on the product description page.

Delivery cost is either

Calculated at check-out depending on the product and the delivery address

Quoted after order for special orders, and included on your order’s final balance 

Cancelation and refund policy

1. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Timeframe: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations may no longer be accepted.

Cancellation Fee: A 10% cancellation fee will apply to cover processing fees after the 24-hour cancellation window.

2. Refunds

3. Exceptions

Digital Products/Services: Digital goods or services (e.g., downloadable content, subscription plans) are non-refundable unless there is a clear defect in the product or service.

Subscription Cancellations: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
